What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?
You'll join a team that harnessesAIandautomationto streamline business processes and reduce inefficiencies.
As anAI/Automation Consultant, you'll help driveinnovative solutionsthat automate workflows, minimise human error, and ensure faster, more efficient operations. You will review various processes across the business, identify areas for AI and automation implementation, and provide valuable recommendations for improvement.

In your first few months, you'll become familiar with Ericsson's tools and technologies for building AI-driven solutions. By the end of the first six months, you'll start taking ownership of drivingautomation initiativesand deploying AI solutions within different parts of the business.
