They also need to have excellent telephone skills so that they can effectively communicate with clients over the phone. Organizational skills are important because they need to ensure materials are effectively stored and can be located as needed. They also need computer skills to prepare documents, update records and store information. You should help customers with various questions and concerns about their policies by getting them connected to right team member and get the query resolved. Typical responsibilities of the job include: Answering Calls, Taking Messages and Handling Correspondence Maintaining Diaries and Arranging Appointments Filing Organizing and Servicing Meetings Managing Databases Implementing New Procedures and Administrative Systems Liaising with Relevant Organizations and Clients Acting As Personal Assistant , Meeting And Greeting Clients Training and Supervising Junior Staff.
