Accounts Officer / Assistant Accountant In Mumbai

Responsibilities:Handle full set of accounts of a company with two branchesResponsible for general accounting dutiesVerify and check staff reimbursementHandle payment to suppliersResponsible for monthly GST, TDS and quarterly income taxCoordinate with company secretary to complete the necessary filings with compliancesPrepare month-end closing, accounting schedules and reportsHandle annual auditResponsible for payment follow up with customer to facilitate the settlement process, update the weekly account receivable report and monthly statements deliverySupport general office administration duties, including office housekeeping, equipment maintenance, coordinate staff events or functions, etc.Perform other ad-hoc assignments as requiredJob Requirements:University Graduated with major in Accounting3 years or above with solid accounting and tax experiences in MNCsProficiency of MS Word and ExcelGood command of EnglishInitiative, strong sense of responsibility and team spiritDetail-oriented, able to work independent, under pressure and meet deadlinesImmediate available is highly preferred
