Accounts Executive

1) Need to support both Administration and Finance Department, and is expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in an accurate, timely and highly professional manner2) Ensures all transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.3) Establishes and maintains supplier and consultant accounts. Coordinate and assist with the annual audit. Oversees purchase ordering and processing purchase invoices for payments.4) Prepares and presents accounts and financial statements Monitors and maintains stores and fixed assets register.5) Prepare financial statements, prepare payroll and personnel administration, monitor and process purchasing matters, and maintain accounts payable.6) Bachelor's Degree in Commerce /Finance. With effective communication skills added an advantage if multilinguistic.7) Knowledge of computers with proficiency required in Microsoft Office and other related accounting programs such as TALLY Accounting Software with 2/3 year's experience.Strong ethics, work independently, collectively, and in a responsible manner. with an ability to manage confidentiality. Willingness to work on weekends or in the evenings.9) Ensures security and legitimacy for all cash flow in and out. All financial regulations namely GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF and ESI are strictly adhered to.
